Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years previous experience in Payroll.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• College education is a plus.
• Excel experience is required.
• General knowledge of accounting practices.
• Ability to multi-task and handle a large volume payroll.
• Previous construction experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is very positive.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain knowledge of MyVillara, SAP CATS, and Dayforce; process payrolls timely and accurately.
• Review time entries for reasonableness and correct errors.
• Upload and transfer time between MyVillara, SAP, and Dayforce; enter time manually when needed.
• Enter additional forms of compensation, including commissions and allowances; review meal period compliance.
• Review and approve employee withholding and direct deposit forms.
• Analyze payroll results for discrepancies and resolve or escalate to Payroll Department Lead.
• Ensure compliance with multi-state wage and hour laws and accurate overtime calculations.
• Process manual checks and generate payroll reports.
• Respond to payroll inquiries and support audits.
• Maintain payroll records per requirements.
