Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of high-volume payroll processing experience.
• Experience with UKG and either Workday or ADP payroll systems.
• Experience working within a large payroll team (more than two payroll team members).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Experience processing union payrolls is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Support payroll administration and employee payroll inquiries.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies and payroll regulations.
• Collaborate with payroll team members and internal departments to resolve payroll-related issues.
• Utilize payroll systems to process and reconcile payroll data.
