Job summary

Insight Global in Houston, TX is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to join our enterprise payroll team. You will manage end-to-end payroll processing across multiple states, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while adhering to federal, state, and local policies.

Responsibilities include payroll preparation, data entry, audits, and collaborating across departments to deliver excellent service to a large workforce, including union and non-union employees.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in a Payroll Coordinator role.
• Experience supporting an enterprise organization over 10,000 employees (independently running payroll for 3,000-5,000).
• Experience coordinating and processing payroll for multi-state, union & non-union employees.
• Strong experience with payroll systems UKG, ADP, Workday, Dayforce, etc.
• Associates degree in accounting, business or related field.
• CPP certification or interest in pursuing.

On a daily basis, this individual will ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll operations across multiple states. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
