Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of high-volume payroll processing experience.
• Experience with UKG and either Workday or ADP payroll systems.
• Experience working within a large payroll team (more than two payroll team members).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Experience processing union payrolls is a plus, but not required.

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Coordinator to join a large payroll team in the Seattle SODO area. This is a contract opportunity expected to last at least three months, supporting high-volume payroll processing in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong payroll processing experience, experience working with enterprise payroll systems, and a background supporting payroll operations within a larger team structure.
