VirtuHire is sourcing a Patient Booking Specialist for a UK client. The role owns handling new patient enquiries, issuing prompt follow ups, and booking free consultations with a Treatment Coordinator while maintaining a high volume, professional patient experience.

The successful candidate will contact new patient enquiries promptly, engage with empathy, and manage around 80 calls per day using a predictive dialer, logging all interactions in the CRM to hit booking/conversion targets.

Qualifications

• Proven inbound or outbound calling experience in appointment setting or similar roles.
• Ability to handle 80+ calls per day with a dialer.
• Warm, empathetic telephone manner with strong listening skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral UK accent.
• Experience with HubSpot and Aircall or comparable CRM and dialer systems.

Responsabilités

• Contact new patient enquiries within minutes of submission
• Engage prospects with a warm, empathetic approach and guide them to a free consultation
• Manage approximately 80 calls per day using a predictive dialler
• Log calls, follow-ups and patient interactions in the CRM
