Lending Force, LLC in Troy, MI is seeking a Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring for our loan officer and loan officer trainee roles on the busy Troy sales floor.

You will source, screen, and move strong candidates quickly, manage an inbound queue, and source outbound on LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed. This on-site role runs Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM at 50 W Big Beaver Rd, Troy, MI, with base pay of $60,000–$95,000 plus commission, plus benefits and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of full-cycle recruiting (agency or in-house).
• High-volume, call-heavy role experience.
• Experience hiring for commission-based sales is a strong plus; mortgage experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle hiring for loan officer and loan officer trainee roles.
• Work an inbound queue that's already full, and call candidates the day they apply.
• Source outbound on LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
• Run phone screens that predict success on a commission floor.
• Partner with sales leadership on what "good" looks like.
• Keep the pipeline clean and data honest.
• Build the bench and stay in touch with strong candidates for future roles.
