Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Recruiter for a full-life cycle role supporting Starlink manufacturing. You will source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates for mission-critical positions in Bastrop, TX, working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders.

The role requires strong communication, autonomy, and a proven track record in high-volume recruitment, including skilled trades. Onsite work in Bastrop is required, with occasional extended hours to meet priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of recruiting experience; or associate degree and 2+ years of experience; or 3+ years of professional experience as a recruiter in lieu of a degree.
• 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, ideally in the manufacturing sector
• Experience with in-house recruiting
• Experience recruiting for skilled trades (technicians, electricians, facilities, etc.)
• Strong tenure with demonstrated success in recruiting roles
• Full life cycle recruiting experience, from sourcing to closing
• Experience reviewing, evaluating and reporting on recruiting data
• Ability to distinguish top 50% vs top 5% of talent
• Expertise in non-standard recruiting methods like cold calling and targeted sourcing campaigns
• Comfort interfacing with hiring managers including director and VP level technical leaders
• Ability to build relationships with both hiring managers and candidates
• Ability to present candidates accurately without overselling them

Responsibilities

• Run a full desk with sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of top talent.
• Represent the company professionally to candidates as the first point of contact.
• Collaborate in teams, while taking initiative and ownership to complete tasks.
• Review applications, conduct passive searches, interview candidates, and partner with clients.
• Develop strategies to create a strong pipeline of passive talent.
• Maintain relationships with clients and candidates through clear communication.
• Engage in creative outreach to capture candidate attention.
• Manage a high volume of requisitions and client needs.
