Job summary

SpaceX in Redmond, WA is seeking a Sr. Recruiter for High Volume Manufacturing (Starlink) to own full life cycle recruiting for mission critical manufacturing roles.

You will partner with hiring managers to build a strong talent pipeline and drive timely, high quality hires in a demanding, fast-paced environment. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of recruiting experience (or an equivalent mix) and proven success in high volume, in-house recruiting for skilled trades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of recruiting experience; or associate degree with 6+ years; or 7+ years in lieu of a degree.
• Experience in high-volume, in-house recruiting for manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Run a full desk with sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of top talent.
• Collaborate with clients and hiring managers to understand role requirements and fit.
• Develop and execute strategies to maintain a pipeline of passive talent.
• Build relationships with clients and candidates through clear, consistent communication.
• Identify creative outreach methods to engage candidates and manage multiple requisitions.
