C-P Flexible Packaging in York, PA is seeking a Contract Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting across plant operations, engineering, sales, supply chain and corporate roles. The role emphasizes high-volume hourly hiring, strong vendor coordination, and collaboration with HR leadership.

You will partner with plant managers and HR leadership to meet headcount goals, manage the ATS/ADP systems, and ensure a safety-conscious candidate experience while traveling to local recruiting events as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Proven success with high-volume hourly hiring and niche technical searches.
• Familiarity with manufacturing shift schedules and safety-first mindset.
• Proficiency with ATS/ADP and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruiting: manage the hiring process from start to finish including ads, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessment.
• Hiring Manager Partnership: work with plant & department leaders to define skill requirements and staffing needs.
• Proactive Sourcing: build pipelines for high-demand manufacturing roles via job boards, schools, social media, passive sourcing, and outreach.
• Candidate Experience: keep candidates informed and explain shift schedules and job requirements.
• Offers & Pre-Employment: conduct reference checks, testing, background and drug screenings, extending offers with leadership.
• Job Fairs & Events: plan and represent at job fairs, school visits, and community events; promote safety culture and career paths.
• Military & Veteran Hiring: assist outreach to transitioning service members and veterans.
• ATS & Reporting: maintain records and report time-to-fill and cost-of-hire.
• Vendor Coordination: coordinate with external staffing partners for smooth processes and rates.
