Topgolf is seeking a kitchen team member to prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes in a fast-paced environment in Maryland. You will work with a collaborative kitchen staff to ensure timely order execution and maintain high quality.

The role requires knowledge of food safety, strong communication and time-management skills, and the ability to adapt to varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

• Prior experience in a high-volume kitchen is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes and menu specifications.
• Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure food quality and safety.
• Adhere to portion control guidelines and presentation standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen team to coordinate food preparation and order execution.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, including washing dishes and equipment.
• Assist in food inventory management as needed.
