Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a kitchen teammate for the House of Blues venue. You will organize, prepare, and plate items per standardized recipes while coordinating with staff to keep service fast and smooth.

Role requires maintaining sanitation and safety, lifting up to 150 lbs, and adherence to all policies. A Health Department Food Handler Certification and high-volume kitchen experience are needed.

Qualifications

• Valid Health Department Food Handler Certification required.
• Experience in high-volume kitchen operations preferred.
• Ability to inspect food spoilage and rotation and maintain sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Organize and prepare food items according to standard recipes.
• Maintain proper portion sizes and plate presentation.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow.
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and walk-in cooler.
• Ensure area safety and sanitation during shifts.
• Open and close duties and rotation of food items.
• Follow House of Blues policies and teamwork expectations.
