Live Nation Entertainment in Las Vegas is seeking a kitchen team member to prepare food per standard recipes, maintain portions, and uphold sanitation and safety standards in a fast-paced venue environment (House of Blues/Vinyl Room). The role requires lifting up to 75 lbs and collaboration with the team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of high-volume kitchen operations.
• Large batch cooking.
• Kitchen sanitation knowledge.
• Able to consistently follow recipe standards.
• Skills in using a knife and heavy-duty kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items according to standard recipes.
• Ensure portions are correct size and weight.
• Follow all recipe specifications.
• Ensure proper rotation of all food items, including the lifting/moving of up to 75 lbs.
• Keep all work areas clean and spill free.
• Inspect food for spoilage.
• Maintain equipment in prep area of kitchen.
• Follow safety and sanitation standards (House of Blues/Vinyl Room).
• Assist other employees as needed.
• Follow closing procedures and check out with manager on duty.
• Ensure guest satisfaction.
