Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Organize and prioritize preparation of food items
• Prepare food according to standardized recipes
• Ensure proper size and weight of food portions
• Coordinate food preparation with kitchen staff
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in kitchen and walk-in cooler
• Open and close duties and sanitation compliance
• Adherence to House of Blues policies
• Assist other kitchen as needed
