Qualifications

• Experience as a cook in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to safely operate kitchen equipment and follow safety standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food quickly, safely, and per standards.
• Follow portion control to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
• Utilize technology to process food tickets accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas.
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
• Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure timely meals.
• Support dishwashing and general food prep as needed.
