Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Cook in a high-volume environment.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to safely operate kitchen equipment.
• Stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the highest quality of culinary services for our guests.
• Quickly, safely, and efficiently prepare food in accordance with our standards.
• Follow portion control procedures to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
• Accurately utilize technology to complete food ticket orders.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization to ensure a safe environment.
• Assist with inventory management and notify shortages or discrepancies.
• Collaborate with kitchen team for efficient workflow and timely service.
• Assist with dishwashing and food prep duties as needed.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation at all times.
• Follow all safety procedures and execute opening/closing procedures.
• Remove trash and manage trash compactor area.
• Other duties as assigned.
