Job summary

NextGen Hospitality Solutions is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead a high-volume polished casual kitchen, hiring and mentoring a strong culinary team, setting kitchen standards, and driving efficiency and quality every shift.

You will manage operations, develop staff from line cooks to sous chefs, uphold food safety, control inventory, and collaborate on menu development and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years kitchen leadership in high-volume restaurants.
• Proven track record managing teams of 15+ people.
• Strong food safety knowledge and sanitation certifications.
• Experience with POS, inventory, and scheduling software.
• Passion for culinary excellence and mentoring talent.

Responsibilities

• Manage kitchen operations, staff scheduling, and workflow.
• Develop and mentor kitchen staff, from line cooks to sous chefs.
• Maintain food safety, quality control, and inventory management.
