Job summary

Acara Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Invoicing Representative for a temporary 8-month assignment in Highland Hills, OH. You will support high-volume billing operations by reviewing, auditing, and processing invoices to ensure accuracy and timely submissions.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years handling multiple software applications and Excel-based tasks, with strong attention to detail and accountability within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years of experience with multiple software applications and systems.
• 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify invoices against timecards, payroll records, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Process and submit invoices within deadlines while following customer-specific billing requirements.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies with clients and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate invoicing records and documentation while monitoring quality and productivity.
• Prioritize workloads to meet daily, weekly, and month-end billing deadlines in a high-volume environment.
