Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume phone sales environments.
• Ability to read customers quickly and guide them to a decision.
• Comfort with licensing requirements and ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Close small-business accounts at volume through direct, focused conversations.
• Know customer operation, urgency, quotes, coverage needs and questions before calling.
• Explain price, coverage, carrier, and tradeoffs clearly to the customer.
