Job summary

Nature's Grace & Wellness is seeking a full-time HR Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting across Illinois and Missouri locations. You will partner with managers, manage sourcing, screenings, interviews, and onboarding, and support HR operations and employee engagement initiatives.

Travel to company sites for events and staffing projects may be required, with emphasis on a positive candidate experience. Experience with multi-site, high-volume recruiting and knowledge of employment laws is

Qualifications

3+ years in recruiting or HR roles.
Experience with ATS/HRIS systems.
Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities.
Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly, salaried, and leadership roles across multiple departments.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
Create and manage job postings, job descriptions, and recruitment marketing initiatives.
Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, networking, employee referrals, and other channels.
Conduct resume reviews, phone screenings, virtual and in-person interviews.
Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications.
Perform reference checks and other pre-employment screening activities.
Extend offers and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
Maintain a positive candidate experience from application through onboarding.
Track recruiting metrics and monitor hiring trends to improve effectiveness.
