Job summary

Cordant Health Solutions is seeking a High-Volume Recruiter to staff hourly and entry-level roles in Indianapolis. This on-site role focuses on speed and candidate experience, managing 20+ requisitions and coordinating events to attract talent.

You will actively source, screen, and move candidates quickly through the pipeline, with emphasis on keeping hiring managers aligned and maintaining an accurate ATS.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• 1 year in high-volume or hourly hiring (agency, RPO, or in-house).
• Proven record of filling 25+ roles per month.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting cycle for 20+ concurrent requisitions.
• Source candidates via multiple channels and referrals.
• Screen around 60 candidates per week and move qualified applicants forward within 24–48 hours.
• Plan and run on-site and virtual hiring events and job fairs.
