Job summary

Daniels Health is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to support high-volume hourly hiring across multiple locations. The role offers hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and candidate engagement, with potential for full-time conversion based on performance.

You will maintain candidate records in Lever and help drive hiring campaigns with a focus on a positive candidate experience. The intern will collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to meet staffing targets, coordinate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business or related field.
• Able to work 40 hours per week during internship term.
• Interest in talent acquisition, staffing or HR.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Experience with ATS or recruiting tech is a plus.
• Highly organized with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Support high-volume hourly recruitment across locations and functions.
• Review resumes to identify qualified hourly/frontline candidates.
• Conduct candidate outreach via phone, email, job boards and social media.
• Coordinate interviews, hiring events and campaigns.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to meet staffing targets.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment activity in Lever (ATS).
• Assist with offer generation, pre-employment docs, onboarding.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide pipeline updates.
• Support job fairs and community recruiting initiatives.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience at all stages of the process.
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information.
• Assist with process improvement projects to boost recruitment efficiency.
