Job summary

Daniels Health is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to support high-volume hourly hiring initiatives and candidate engagement. This role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on recruiting experience and potentially transition to full-time based on performance.

The intern will help manage multiple priorities, coordinate interviews and events, and maintain candidate records in Lever, contributing to a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed in HR, psychology, business, or related field.
• 40 hours per week available during the internship term.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Experience with applicant tracking systems or recruiting technology is a plus.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Support high-volume hourly recruitment across locations and functions.
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct candidate outreach via phone, email, job boards, and social platforms.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, events, and campaigns.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to meet staffing targets on time.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment activity in Lever (ATS).
• Assist with offer generation, pre-employment docs, and onboarding.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide pipeline updates and reports.
• Support job fairs and community recruiting initiatives.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience at all stages.
