Job summary

The WSU Foundation is seeking a Gift Processing Manager to lead day-to-day gift processing operations, overseeing gifts and pledges from receipt through posting and receipting. You will supervise staff, ensure accuracy, and maintain compliance across processes affecting donors and units.

As a primary operational resource, you will optimize workflows, deliver live trainings, and drive improvements with the Gift Auditing & Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 4+ years of progressively responsible related experience, including at least 1 year in supervision.
• 3+ years of full-time experience in gift processing, financial transactions, or related operations.
• Valid driver’s license or eligibility to obtain one by hire.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage day-to-day gift processing operations for $150M+ annually.
• Lead and supervise staff; ensure timely, accurate processing and posting of gifts and pledges.
• Coordinate with donors, development staff, and units; ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Identify process improvements, automation opportunities, and improve workflows.
