Job summary

Legends is seeking a Line Cook to deliver quick, high-quality dishes in a fine dining environment. You will follow the Executive Chef and Kitchen Supervisors for opening/closing procedures and food preparation, ensuring proper temperatures and sanitation.

The role requires teamwork, strong communication, and reliability in a fast-paced setting. The position supports a high-volume operation, with focus on portion control, quality standards, and consistency across all menus.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, speak and write in English.
• Professional culinary training or fast-paced fine dining experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a high-volume kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Provide quick, efficient service across a fine dining kitchen while maintaining sanitation.
• Follow openings/closings and food preparation per Chef and Supervisors.
• Prepare items with proper portions and quality standards.
• Maintain proper food temperatures.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas.
• Keep kitchen clean, including shelves, walls, floors, drains.
• Work as a team to prepare, serve, and deliver products.
• Maintain sanitation of utensils and cookware.
• Handle and clean kitchen equipment safely.
• Adhere to appearance and uniform standards.
