Job summary

Legends is seeking a Prep Cook to support a fine dining kitchen focused on high-quality service and immaculate sanitation. You will follow chef directions for opening and closing tasks, prepare items to exact portions, and help maintain temperature, safety, and cleanliness throughout shifts.

The role requires teamwork, reliability, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment. Prior culinary training or high-volume restaurant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, speak and write in English.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Culinary training or fast-paced fine dining experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow opening/closing procedures and food preparation as directed by chefs and kitchen supervisors.
• Prepare food items according to portion size and quality standards.
• Maintain proper food temperatures and sanitation in all areas.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, utensils, and equipment.
• Assist with preparation and delivery of products with excellent service.
• Adhere to appearance and uniform standards.
