Legends is seeking a Line Cook to provide quick and efficient service in a fine dining culinary setting and maintain sanitation standards. The role involves following chef directions, preparing portions to quality standards, and ensuring proper food temperatures.

Ideal candidates have culinary training or strong line experience in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Safety and uniform guidelines must be observed.

Formación

• Professional culinary training or proven experience in a fast-paced fine dining setting.
• Strong line cooking experience for Ala Carte service.
• Ability to work well with others to maintain service standards.
• Awareness of food and beverage service etiquette and guest relations.

Responsabilidades

• Follow opening/closing procedures and prep work as directed by kitchen leadership.
• Prepare items according to portion size and quality standards.
• Maintain proper food temperatures and sanitation throughout service.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe during shifts.
• Support team with food prep, service, and delivery of products.
• Ensure utensils and cookware are cleaned and sanitized.
• Adhere to appearance and uniform standards set by the company.
