• Support batch reconciliation and customer-specific account distribution requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years related work experience.
• Typing test will be administered; resume must reflect relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-speed manual data entry and verification from incoming digital images.
• Validate document classifications, extracted data, redactions, and metadata indexing.
• Review documents converted to digital format for quality control and accuracy.
• Validate incoming check data, reconcile check batch totals, and support account distribution requirements.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies through careful review, analysis, and problem solving.
• Maintain positive, productive working relationships with team members, other departments, and management.
