Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented Collector to join our team. The role focuses on recovering outstanding balances from court fees and other portfolios, requiring strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

You will manage a defined portfolio and handle about 100–150 calls per day, with outbound dialing dominating and inbound calls interspersed. A successful candidate shows reliability, punctuality, and the ability to persist in resolving accounts while maintaining

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a high volume call center environment.
• Experience with a multi-line phone system (e.g., LiveVox, Noble, Avaya, Genesys etc.).
• Must have good job longevity in previous roles (unless very junior)

Responsibilities

• Manage a designated portfolio of accounts to recover outstanding balances.
• Communicate with debtors and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Make 100–150 outbound calls per day with some inbound calls.
• Maintain impeccable attendance and reliability as a team member
