Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Client Accounts Specialist to serve as the primary liaison between attorneys, clients, and internal teams to resolve payment issues and improve collections. This role manages a portfolio of attorney accounts, proactively addresses delinquent invoices, and supports financial reconciliation to ensure timely resolution of collection matters.

The position requires 2+ years in collections/ar related fields, strong Excel skills, and experience in a law firm or legal billing

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, billing, client accounts, or a similar finance/accounting function.
• Experience managing aged receivables, delinquent accounts, or collection activities.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reconciliation processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience interacting with external clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Experience within a law firm, professional services, or legal billing environment.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Experience with legal eBilling platforms or electronic invoicing systems.
• Prior experience as a Client Accounts Representative, AR Specialist, or Collections Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between attorneys, clients, and internal teams to resolve payment issues and improve collection performance.
• Manage portfolio of attorney accounts and proactively address delinquent invoices.
• Support financial reconciliation efforts and ensure timely resolution of collection-related matters.
• Maintain healthy client account balances and accurate invoicing and reporting.
