Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a restaurant supervisor at Belterra Park to lead service operations, manage staff, and uphold health and safety standards. You will oversee scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to ensure high standards of guest service and operational efficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field and five years of experience directly related to food and beverage or an equivalent combination of training, education and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position
• Demonstrated management experience in a high volume restaurant.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain valid gaming license.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver internal and external guest service the Boyd Gaming Way with a friendly demeanor.
• Staff, schedule, evaluate, train, develop and monitor team members.
• Recommend wage increases, promotions, demotions, or disciplinary actions.
• Understand department objectives and budget to supervise effectively.
• Increase restaurant revenues through menu, service, and waste control adjustments.
• Develop and implement department management plans including budgets and labor schedules.
• Organize restaurant operations for efficient service and coordination.
• Promote courteous treatment of customers and team members, resolve complaints.
