Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a Beverage Server for Belterra Park to provide attentive beverage service and entertain guests in a lively environment. You will work with bar staff to ensure accurate, timely orders and promote brand experiences throughout the property.

Responsibilities include taking orders, entering them into the POS, recommending drinks, and maintaining a clean service area while adhering to health and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain valid gaming license.
• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with guests effectively.
• Must obtain and maintain responsible alcohol service certification.

Responsibilities

• Take beverage orders from guests and deliver orders accurately and promptly.
• Coordinate with bar personnel to ensure timely service and correct garnishes.
• Promote specialty cocktails, promotions, and events to guests.
• Enter orders into the POS system and relay requests to the bar.
• Ensure guests consuming alcohol are at least 21 years old and monitor service accordingly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area and remove used glassware.
