Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking an F&B Multi-Outlet Manager to oversee one or more restaurant outlets, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional guest service at Belterra Casino Resort in Indiana. The role requires leadership of front-of-house staff, adherence to health regulations, and collaboration with culinary and marketing teams.

The position emphasizes staffing, training, scheduling, inventory control and ongoing improvement of guest satisfaction and financial performance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Hospitality or related field and four years of food and beverage management experience or an equivalent combination of training, education and experience.
• Strong customer service and team leadership skills.
• Experience with budgeting, inventory control and scheduling.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise day-to-day operations of one or more F&B outlets.
• Ensure compliance with health department regulations and company standards.
• Hire, train, develop and supervise front-of-house staff; manage wage actions as needed.
• Monitor guest service, costs, and performance; implement improvements.
• Maintain inventory and ordering of restaurant supplies.
• Coordinate with culinary and marketing teams for events and promotions.
