Sizemore, Inc. in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Recruiter to drive high-volume hiring for janitorial staffing and manage the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

The role requires ownership of the candidate experience, posting ads, sourcing talent, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers across multiple sites. Onsite, full-time, Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm in-office.

You will stay current on employment laws and participate in continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

Job description

Drive high-volume hiring for Janitorial staffing in Jacksonville while managing the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete recruiting cycle including sourcing, candidate selection, engagement, interviewing, and onboarding for multiple site locations
• Maintain a positive candidate experience through timely, thoughtful updates throughout the hiring process
• Post and manage job advertisements for open roles through internal and external channels
• Identify and research talent using job boards, networking events, and job fairs
• Submit candidate information to appropriate staff for candidate consideration
• Use Sizemore's applicant tracking system to manage recruiting workflow and process
• Coordinate hiring activities and recruiting events
• Partner with hiring managers to confirm employment needs and define qualification criteria
• Lead recruiting efforts for new locations
• Administer appropriate assessments and required screening
• Stay current on organizational structure, personnel policy, and federal and state employment laws
• Work effectively with all levels of the organization
• Support continuous improvement by identifying and implementing changes that increase productivity and service efficiency
• Enforce company policies and procedures as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school graduate or recipient of a GED
• At least 2 years of Talent Acquisition experience
• Demonstrated commitment to service and professionalism through appropriate conduct and demeanor
• Patience, tact, enthusiasm, and diplomacy when interacting with others
• Initiative and sound judgment when evaluating and responding to situations
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in time-sensitive, potentially stressful situations
• Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail, including prioritization
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and accurately read and comprehend detailed instructions
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum age: 18 years
