Sandia Resort & Casino is seeking a Bartender/Barback to deliver fast, friendly beverage and food service at multiple bars and restaurants. You’ll craft cocktails, pour wine and beer, handle POS transactions, and maintain bar cleanliness while ensuring compliance with liquor laws.

You will stock, prepare garnishes, check equipment, assist in training new team members, and contribute to a positive guest experience through professional hospitality.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Able to stand/walk for long periods.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.
• 6 months to 1 year of bartending/serving or barback experience preferred.

• Provide fast, friendly beverage and food service at multiple bars and restaurants.
• Craft cocktails, beer, wine and non-alcoholic drinks; present to guests or servers.
• Set up and break down bar areas, stock products, and garnish preparation.
• Operate POS system and handle cash/credit transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar/workstation per health guidelines.
• Adhere to all liquor laws, verify IDs, and manage service responsibly.
• Assist in training new team members and support bar back/back-of-house tasks.
