Job summary

Big Red Restaurant & Sports Bar is seeking energetic bartenders for a high-volume, full-service setting. You will mix and serve cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks in a bustling bar and dining room, input orders into Toast POS, and manage guest tabs.

Strong communication and team spirit are essential. Candidates should be at least 19, pass RBST with 90%+, and demonstrate solid math, money handling, and knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• Must pass Responsible Beverage Service Training with 90% or better.
• Basic math and money handling ability.
• Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits; familiarity with standard drink recipes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; multi-task oriented.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests personally with enthusiasm and friendly service.
• Work with the team to maintain a fun, efficient bar and dining area.
• Keep areas clean and stocked to company standards.
• Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks per recipes.
• Input drink orders into Toast POS and manage guest tabs.
• Handle glassware washing and sterilization.
• Anticipate guests' needs and offer refills appropriately.
• Follow all state laws and company policies; adhere to the 29 policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
