Job summary

Sweetwater WeHo in West Hollywood is seeking a friendly bartender to deliver exceptional drinks and service in a lively setting. You will prepare cocktails, beer, and wine, keep a clean bar, and ensure guests have a memorable experience.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of bartending experience, strong communication and customer service skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. RBS certification is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of bartender experience and knowledge of drink recipes.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Process payments accurately (cash and card).
• Communicate with servers and management.
• Manage bar inventory and cleanliness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Introduction

The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, including cocktails, beer, and wine, as well as maintaining a clean and organized work area. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests
• Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Communicate effectively with other team members, including servers and management
• Manage bar inventory and ensure cleanliness and organization
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a bartender with knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team player mindset
• Must have RBS Certification
