Job summary

FiberFirst is seeking a Direct Sales Representative to bring our next-generation connectivity to local communities. In this on-site role, you will meet homeowners face-to-face and guide them through our residential service suite to find the best plan for their household.

Based in markets in Texas, with a strong culture of growth and local team support, FiberFirst offers training, tools, and leadership to help you hit sales targets and maximize earnings through competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in door-to-door, direct sales, retail, or customer-facing roles with a proven quota performance.
• Experience using CRM, digital POS, or tablet-based sales apps.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of FiberFirst products and pricing to educate customers.
• Deliver engaging sales presentations to homeowners and residents.
• Negotiate options and secure sales in the assigned territory.
• Represent FiberFirst at community events to generate leads.
• Ensure accurate contracts and daily tracking reports.
• Provide onboarding and post-sale follow-up to build trust.
• Collaborate with sales leaders to refine strategies and hit targets.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Adhere to policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
