Trelevate in Denton, TX is seeking an outside B2B Sales Representative to grow Frontier Communications fiber solutions with local businesses. You will meet with owners and decision-makers, present fiber internet, VoIP, and cybersecurity offerings, and manage your own territory after a brief morning meeting.

This full-time role offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions, with paid training, medical benefits, PTO, holidays, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Previous outside sales, B2B sales, telecommunications, technology, or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Meet face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers.
• Sell Frontier Fiber Internet, VoIP, and cybersecurity solutions.
• Work within an assigned territory of businesses that already qualify for Frontier Fiber.
• Plan your own daily route and manage your territory after a brief morning team meeting.
• Build relationships, generate new business, and close sales.
