Qualifications

• You have sales management or senior desk experience driving volume, gross, and team performance.
• You coach Brand Specialists to raise performance and loyalty.
• You're able to run the floor with leadership and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the sales team daily, coaching Brand Specialists and running desking sessions.
• Desk deals with speed and integrity, structuring transactions for guest and business benefits.
• Manage floor coverage and guest experience from first contact to delivery.
• Monitor performance metrics (units, gross per vehicle, closing ratio, lead response, CRM).
• Partner with finance for clean handoffs and smooth guest experience.
• Support inventory management with leadership on turn and lot activity.
• Assist in recruiting and onboarding Brand Specialists.
• Resolve escalated guest concerns with hospitality-first approach.
