Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in sales, hospitality or a customer-facing role.
• Ability to build rapport, earn trust and follow through.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and curiosity to identify needs.
• Guide guests through Chevrolet's lineup with growing product knowledge.
• Present vehicles and conduct test drives to create memorable experiences.
• Build and maintain a guest pipeline through follow-up and CRM use.
• Collaborate with finance and management to deliver a transparent purchase experience.
• Meet monthly targets while maintaining guest satisfaction scores.
