Our call center is the front line of our business—and we’re looking for motivated, tech‑savvy appointment setters who thrive in a structured, performance-driven environment.

If you’ve worked in a call center, inside sales, appointment setting, or outbound dialing role and enjoy hitting goals, following proven systems, and earning commission on top of a solid base—this role is built for you.

What You’ll Do

• Make high-volume outbound calls to homeowners who have expressed interest in basement remodeling
• Qualify prospects using a clear script and criteria
• Schedule in-home consultations for our design and sales team

Compensation & Earnings

• $40,000 base salary
