Qualifications

• Experience processing high-volume accounts payable (≥500 invoices weekly).
• Proficiency in Excel for organizing, tracking, and analyzing AP data.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and process vendor invoices with focus on discounts.
• Verify vendor information for accuracy prior to payment.
• Schedule and prepare checks and other payments timely.
• Resolve PO/invoice discrepancies with internal teams and vendors.
• Maintain supporting documentation for invoices and payments.
