Job summary

Irby Construction Company is seeking a Project Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate high-voltage transmission and distribution projects. You will oversee multiple crews, ensure safety, quality, and cost efficiency from pre-construction through closeout, with a strong emphasis on scheduling and stakeholder collaboration.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; PMP certification is a plus.
• Strong organizational, analytical, leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple responsibilities across projects.

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-construction meetings with estimators and stakeholders.
• Review bid packages for accuracy and scope.
• Develop construction schedules and organize crews.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and cost-to-complete.
• Prepare and submit submittals, RFIs, and billing packages.
• Coordinate with owners, inspectors, and subcontractors.
• Lead coordination meetings and ensure safety and quality.
