Job summary

Irby Construction Company, a seasoned power infrastructure builder and a Quanta Services subsidiary, seeks a Project Manager for the Tulsa, OK / TX region. You will plan, direct, and coordinate projects, manage multiple crews, ensure safety, quality, and cost‑effective delivery, with a minimum of 3 years powerline construction experience and OSHA knowledge.

Responsibilities span pre-construction through closeout, scheduling, budgeting, submittals, RFIs, and stakeholder coordination, plus leading

Qualifications

• 3+ years of powerline construction project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA codes and standards.
• Ability to manage all project execution phases from pre-construction through closeout.

Responsibilities

• Pre-construction planning and bid review; develop schedules and organize crews.
• Oversee budgets, cost projections, and cost-to-complete reports.
• Coordinate with owners, inspectors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure quality and safety.
• Prepare and submit submittals, RFIs, and billing packages.
• Maintain project documentation and progress reports; lead weekly meetings.
