Job summary

PACK Power LLC is seeking a Foreman to direct, plan, and manage crews to execute projects safely and efficiently. The role includes per diem, regular travel home from site, a company vehicle, and fuel card.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED with some construction supervisory experience, and willingness to travel to multiple project sites in support of HV and MV infrastructure work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Construction supervisory experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and work in field conditions.

Responsibilities

• Promote and comply with PACK Safety and Quality Policies.
• Direct, plan, and manage crew(s) to deliver projects safely and efficiently.
• Oversee construction tasks within PACK Scope of Work and report daily activity.
