Job summary

Lilly is building a new API manufacturing site in Lebanon, IN and seeks a High Voltage Electrician – Maintenance to join the startup team. You will service and maintain 480V/4160V/13.8kV systems, read P&ID drawings, and ensure cGMP compliance while supporting rapid startup activities.

The role requires experience with medium/high voltage electrical systems, CMMS usage, and the ability to work in a fast-paced pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience maintaining 480V, 4160V and 13.8kV electrical systems.
• Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills.
• Experience using a CMMS (e.g., GMARS) or similar work order system.
• Ability to read P&ID drawings and schematics.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• This position requires completion of a Post Offer exam.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis (no sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on 480V, 4160V and 13.8kV electrical systems.
• Maintain complex electrical equipment like motor control centers and VSDs.
• Troubleshoot electrical problems and repair to minimize downtime.
• Install/modify electrical equipment and read schematics.
• Adhere to cGMP and Good Documentation Practices.
