Job summary

Lilly is seeking an Industrial Electrician at our Indianapolis biopharmaceutical manufacturing site to install, maintain and troubleshoot medium-voltage distribution, process instrumentation, and critical utilities powering GMP production.

In this role you will perform preventive maintenance, calibrations, and root-cause analysis while collaborating closely with engineering and operations to ensure safe, compliant operations that keep products flowing to patients worldwide.

Qualifications

• Industrial Electrician with MV experience and instrumentation knowledge.
• Experience maintaining critical utility systems in GMP or similar environments.
• Ability to perform calibrations and root-cause analysis.
• Collaborates with engineering and operations teams to ensure reliable uptime.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot medium-voltage distribution.
• Handle process instrumentation and critical utility systems powering GMP production.
• Perform preventive maintenance, calibrations, and diagnostics.
• Investigate issues to identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions.
• Coordinate with engineering and operations to minimize downtime.
