Job summary

Lilly Medicine Foundry in Lebanon, IN is hiring an Expert Maintenance Electrician to install, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical equipment and utility systems across the site. You will work with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime while ensuring regulatory and safety compliance.

Responsibilities include reading schematics, performing LOTO, and contributing to continuous improvement of maintenance plans. A Journeyman's card or equivalent and strong teamwork are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Journeyman's card or equivalent certification preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time; visa sponsorship not provided.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and work in tight or elevated spaces.
• Experience with electrical systems in regulated manufacturing preferred.
• Assoc. degree in Electronics Technology or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical equipment and utility systems site-wide.
• Read electrical schematics and P&ID drawings; perform LOTO and safety tasks.
• Minimize downtime and maintain regulatory and safety compliance.
• Provide training and guidance to teammates; support maintenance planning.
• Collaborate with Operations to prioritize urgent repairs.
