Job summary

Lilly is seeking an Expert Maintenance Electrician for the Lilly Medicine Foundry in Lebanon, IN. The role focuses on installing, diagnosing, and repairing electrical equipment and utility systems site-wide, while ensuring regulatory and safety standards are met.

You will interpret schematics, perform LOTO, and document work to support continuous improvement. The position requires strong communication and training of teammates to enhance site electrical expertise.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Journeyman’s card or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs., work in awkward positions, cramped quarters, and on ladders or scaffolding.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical equipment, controls, and utility systems site-wide.
• Perform installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems from 12VDC to 480VAC.
• Operate lockout/tagout of electrical distribution equipment up to 12,470V.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and P&ID drawings; maintain qualification for duties.
• Document work per Good Documentation Practices and improve Job Plans and procedures.
