Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) in Poughkeepsie, NY, is seeking an Electrical Engineering Manager (High Voltage) to lead the High Voltage Department on a global client account within our Technology Division. Onsite role with responsibility for the reliability of critical electrical systems across a large client portfolio.

The role requires 8–10 years in HV systems, 3–5 years in a supervisory capacity, and strong project management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related technical field.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in medium-high voltage electrical systems.
• 3–5 years in supervisory or people management role.
• Experience with CMMS, Excel, and Word.
• Strong leadership, project management, and vendor-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise High Voltage Department team with zero backlog in OM/PM work orders.
• Oversee maintenance of UPS, Generators, STS, ATSs, and load centers; ensure system reliability.
• Develop maintenance specs; lead multi-year switchgear maintenance and building shutdowns.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders in weekly meetings and report status.
• Provide electrical engineering support for campus projects; review designs and perform studies.
• Support startup, commissioning, and switching for new installations; prepare RCAs.
• Prepare for campus growth with up-to-date system documentation and EOL planning.
